Binomic WebTracker Terms of Service Agreement

Binomic may terminate your account upon delinquency of payment for
services.
Binomic will not be held responsible for the temporary inavailability of its
services or any loss of data.
If you need to cancel your service, please send your written request to Binomic via email at sales@binomic.com or fax at +46 (0) 8 566 150 01. We require 5 days notice for service cancellation.
Binomic reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions
contained in this Agreement or any policy governing the Service, at any time, by
posting the new agreement to the Binomic WebTracker web site http://www.binomic.com/en-US/about/legal/terms.aspx.
You are responsible for regularly reviewing the policy. Your continued use of
the Service following Binomic's posting of the change(s) will constitute your
acceptance of such change(s).s
